At 7,717 feet elevation, temperatures generally average 30 degrees cooler in the Humboldt Toiyabe National Forest’s Kyle Canyon than in the Las Vegas valley. Surrounded by juniper, mountain mahogany, aspen, and ponderosa pine trees, nature is all around you.
Cathedral Rock Picnic area & hiking trail a new addition to our area, directly across the street from the cabins. It’s a beautiful picnic area with BBQ’s, fire pits and trails. It has an elevation of 7,650 – 8,520 (870ft) 1.4 miles.
